Cơ quan có thẩm quyền quyết định việc miễn trừ đối với các thoả thuận hạn chế cạnh tranh bị cấm?

 - Theo quy định tại Điều 25 Luật Cạnh tranh, Bộ trưởng Bộ Thương mại có
thẩm quyền quyết định việc miễn trừ đối với các thoả thuận hạn chế cạnh tranh bị
cấm.
- Trong trường hợp các thoả thuận trên được hưởng miễn trừ, Bộ trưởng Bộ Thương mại sẽ ra quyết định bằng văn bản với những nội dung:
+ Tên, địa chỉ của các bên được chấp thuận thực hiện hành vi; + Nội dung của hành vi được thực hiện;
+ Thời hạn được hưởng miễn trừ, điều kiện và nghĩa vụ của các bên.
